Appweaver is a software engineering consultancy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website (appweaver.tech) and how we use it.

Contact form. When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, company name (optional) and the message you write. This data is processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) to deliver it to our inbox and is not sold or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool — to understand aggregate traffic patterns. No personal data or cross-site identifiers are collected.
We do not use cookies.
For contact form submissions: Legitimate interest — responding to a business enquiry you initiated. We do not send unsolicited marketing email.
Contact form submissions are retained in our inbox for up to 24 months and then deleted. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Under GDPR and equivalent laws you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Contact us at contact@appweaver.tech to exercise any of these rights.
